During the course of his career, Greg has originated and placed over $500 million of loans spanning over twenty years.
Guaranteed Lending Specialists works with lenders and borrowers throughout the country regarding USDA government guaranteed loan programs. His coaching and consulting covers the details of the Business & Industry (B&I), Community Facilities (CF) loan programs as well as the Rural Energy for America Programs (REAP) loans and grants. He has established a comprehensive Training Program for lenders throughout the United States including providing Continuing Education Credits approved by the Institute of Certified Bankers (ICB).
Professionally, Greg is the founder and former Executive Director of the National Rural Lenders Association as well as being a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He regularly speaks at these events discussing guaranteed lending programs along with providing educational guidance and assistance.
Patrick Kenney has over 35 years of diversified commercial lending and related banking experience. He has served as a corporate loan officer and commercial real estate department manager, senior credit officer, and has supervised troubled banks under the auspices of regulatory authorities. Pat has in-depth knowledge in loan structuring, underwriting, portfolio management, and loan closings. His many years in commercial banking has allowed Pat to develop deep knowledge about a number of industries including manufacturing, real estate, and wholesale/distribution. Most recently, Pat was manager of capital markets for a national lender specializing in government guaranteed loans.
Pat is a founding member of the National Rural Lenders Association and currently serves on the Board of Directors.
